Welcome to Lead Gen Websites. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Lead Gen Websites (ABN: 54 503 032 715).

  • “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual, business, or organisation that uses our services.

  • “Services” refers to website design, development, hosting, support, and related digital marketing services.

2. Scope of Services

Lead Gen Websites provides affordable, done-for-you websites for trades and service-based businesses across Australia. Services may include:

  • Custom website design and development

  • Hosting and domain setup (if selected)

  • Ongoing maintenance and updates (if included)

  • Basic on-page SEO optimisation

  • Integration with social platforms (e.g., Facebook)

All inclusions will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

  • Services are provided under a weekly subscription model, starting from $15/week up to $50/week depending on the website size and features.

  • An initial setup or onboarding fee may apply (disclosed before commencement).

  • Payments are collected via credit card using Stripe payment gateway

  • Failure to make payment may result in website suspension or termination after 14 days of non-payment.

4. Website Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Website content provided by the client (logos, text, images) remains the property of the client.

  • Website design, structure, and code remain the intellectual property of Lead Gen Websites for the initial 12 months of service (or as otherwise agreed in writing).

  • As the website is on a weekly payment subscription model and the subscription is cancelled, the client may lose access to hosting and website files unless a buyout is arranged (minimum 52 weeks payments received in total.

  • Lead Gen Websites do not offer email hosting

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all required content and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Ensure any content supplied (text, images, videos) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

  • Review and approve your website before it goes live.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your website subscription at any time with 14 days notice. This will cancel the website service, however if you would like a copy of the website files, you must payout the remaining weeks of the 52 weeks from when your service started. Website files will be supplied as a zip file, it is your responsibility to setup on a  new webhost.

  • No refunds will be provided for services already delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Lead Gen Websites will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • We are not responsible for any loss of income, data, or business reputation resulting from website downtime or third-party service interruptions (e.g., domain registrars, hosting providers).

8. Website Maintenance and Support

  • Ongoing support is included in most plans and covers minor updates, text changes, and basic technical support.

  • Major redesigns or additional functionality may incur extra charges.

9. Third-Party Services

  • We may recommend or use third-party services or plugins (e.g., contact forms, analytics, hosting).

  • We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or data security of third-party services.

10. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required to do so by law.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law.
